Super-Simple Smoothies and Popsicles

This makes one serving of smoothie or a couple small popsicles — both healthy and refreshing!

Ingredients:

1 banana

8 strawberries

Anything else you want to add

Remove the leaves and stems from the strawberries, peel the banana, and put them in a blender. Add water, juice, yogurt, or ice if you want. Blend it until smooth and enjoy! For popsicles, simply freeze the smoothie in a popsicle mold, or in a small cup with a popsicle stick — which you can reuse, of course!
